Contemporary Motions are one of the few opportunities that constituencies have to influence the Conference agenda and thus the Party’s policy making.

Each CLP can submit a Contemporary Motion to this year’s Annual Conference (closing date 12 noon on Thursday 14 September 2017), provided the CLP did not submit a rule change in 2017.

The title should be a maximum of 10 words and the motion a maximum of 250 words.
